For UK and EEA residents: transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions where applicable. Japan has an adequacy decision from the UK and EU for data protection purposes.

  • Contact inquiries — retained for 2 years, then deleted

Our Site and Products are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
